This shock will be supplied as standard from Rockshox. We'll test function and check for any external issues before dispatch, but we won't include any tuning or setup.
Please use the Rockshox Trailhead app for suggested setup. We can't offer our usual level of setup support with this in standard spec, due to limitations in the design.

"Vivid Ultimate is engineered for gravity-focused riders demanding maximum control on the most aggressive terrain. Built with World Cup-proven performance, it delivers consistent damping, improved traction, and precise adjustability for downhill, enduro, and E-MTB use.
The LinearXL air spring provides a coil-like ride feel with sensitivity off the top and strong mid-stroke support, while Adjustable Bottom Out allows riders to fine-tune end-stroke behaviour for controlled landings. The RC2T damper features independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment, paired with updated main piston tuning to match Charger 3.2 performance characteristics for enhanced mid-stroke support and stability under load."
