Collection and Delivery Information

To support our services, we offer a Courier Collection and Delivery service to help fit around your life. You won't need someone to sit in waiting at home as we can collect from you.

If you're at work or want to leave it with a friend while on holiday, we can arrange around that.


We use DPD Local, next working day service. All shipments are insured, so if the worst does happen, you're covered! 



Getting your items to us

  • Courier collection from you - £15*

    • Select the date and we will arrange collection from a home or work address.
    • Any parcel under 1 metre & up to 10kg.

  • Drop off at DPD Local drop off point - £9*

    • Select a QR code (shop prints label) or label (you print at home) and take to your nearest drop off point.
    • Any parcel under 1 metre & up to 10kg.

  • Drop off in store

    • Drop off your items anytime before or on the booking date between 9am-5pm Mon to Friday.
    • You are welcome to bring the bike in but please note, we charge £15 per item for removal/fitting.

Receiving your items

  • Courier Delivery - £7 shocks & Seatposts, £8 forks*

    • Once you've paid your invoice, we will dispatch your item to your home or work address.

  • Ship To Shop - £9*

    • Not going to be home? We can ship to a drop off point or locker.
    • Find your nearest Pick-up point here.

  • Collect from store

    • Once you've received your invoice (either pay the invoice or pay in store) - your item(s) are ready! Come collect items anytime between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

No shipping outside of the UK.

Please note that the package must be under 1000mm long, or DPD will apply a £22 surcharge for an oversized item. So please don't send in an oversized box, or we will have to pass that charge on to you.
