This shock will be supplied as standard from Rockshox. We'll test function and check for any external issues before dispatch, but we won't include any tuning or setup. 

Please use the Rockshox Trailhead app for suggested setup. We can't offer our usual level of setup support with this in standard spec, due to limitations in the design.
