High flow piston and shim tuning kit to give you more grip, more control and ultimately, faster segments!
CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminium and hard anodised piston, along with high-grade valving shims and an uprated IFP spring.
As standard, these dampers have a base valve piston that preloads the shim stack. This makes the transition between the LSC oil flow and the piston oil flow feel harsh, due to a sharp rise in damping. This piston kit doesn't preload the shim stack, giving a much smoother transition, allowing the damper to take control of the impact, rather than transfer it through to you and the bike.
The design allows us the ability to create much more support for the rider, while the high-flow design still allows the damper to open up and take those harsh impacts.
We offer a calculated tuning service – using endless data acquired from hours of testing and data logging, we can make calculated and informed decisions on what settings, re-valving and modifications are suitable for you. Your suspension will be thoroughly tested with our dyno facilities and tailored to you and your riding style.

"Lyrik Ultimate is built for riders who want a fork that remains efficient on the climb yet uncompromising on demanding descents. The lightweight chassis stays precise and composed through rough terrain while maintaining the efficiency needed for long days on the trail.
The LinearXL air spring delivers a coil-like ride feel with a supple initial stroke and supportive mid-stroke, while Adjustable Bottom Out (ABO) provides tunable end-stroke control for harder impacts. Exclusive to Ultimate models, ButterWagonTech ensures a constant supply of oil to the bushings, reducing friction and maintaining smooth performance throughout the service interval. The Charger 3.2 RC2 damper with ButterCups technology adds independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment and reduces high-frequency vibration, allowing riders to fine-tune suspension behaviour while improving comfort on rough trails"
