2026 EVO FOX 36 LONG
For 2026 Fox 34SL forks you'll need to use Mudhuggers FOX 34 custom foam pads or Quick Fit Velcro straps as the fork brace is hollow so the bolts have very little to tighten to and there are no lower bolt holes on the fork legs.

2026 EVO FOX 36 SHORT

EVO (Bolt-On) LONG (Default FOX)
This version is NOT compatible with the 2026 FOX 36, Marzocchi Bomber Z2 or updated 2025 Z1 (no bolt holes in fork brace).
For 2022 onwards Fox 34 you'll need to use the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger kit as the fork brace is hollow and the bolts have very little to tighten to.
The FOX AWL chassis has no threaded bolt holes and therefore is not compatible.
Sadly the Fox 34 stepcast fork is too narrow to accept the EVO Mudhugger mtb mudguard.
Also compatible with Ohlins RXF and DH forks (adapter bracket required, see link above).
Compatible with RS RECON GOLD & SLIVER 35. Use the angle adjuster shim included in the default fitting kit along with the 6mm bolt (sold separately) see link above.
PLEASE NOTE - For all Downhill forks (not compatible with older 650b FOX 40's) we have the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger which are used to brace the Hugger in the wider DH forks. You will still need to order the separate adapter for Ohlins DH forks.

We’ve had the benefit of designing the new Mudhugger EVO mtb mudguard around the latest FOX 36 and 38’s and Rockshox ZEB to avoid the problem of the crown hitting the mudguard at full compression that other mudguards suffer from but still compatible with all other forks which are Boost. For Manitou Mezza (and similar reverse fork arch forks) you will need to drill 4 small holes to align with the reverse fork brace. Not compatible with the new Rockshox SID.

FRX
Also perfect as a mini rear Mudhugger mtb mudguard to protect the BB area and bearings on full suss MTB's.

The 3 holes used to attach the MAX extender are now pre formed (although skinned over so if you don't need them they are invisible from the outside) just pop through with a small screw driver (4mm diameter or less) or similar and you're ready to go.
With various holes for fitting to different fork braces the FRX Mudhugger mtb mudguard is suitable for all wheel sizes, 26er, 650B and 29er wheel. It also works on Plus wheels with tyres up to 3 inches wide in a ‘Boost’ fork. For the ultimate protection on your bike add a front Hugger MAX extension.
General rule is that if you can get your index finger between the fork brace and top of the tyre there is enough clearance to fit to your bike.
MK2 REAR LARGE
The LARGE mtb mudguard version is designed for bikes with a seat stay angle of below 28 degrees down to 22 degrees. Can be fitted to 'most' mountain bikes with disc brakes, even with external cables and hoses.

Fitting instructions
We recommend that you periodically check the condition of the helitape for signs of wear. Replace as necessary.

Regularly check the velcro for build up of dirt etc, wash and dry as required. Replace if any signs of tearing or the velcro hook and loop become worn and loses its stickiness. Zipties can also be used to fit the Mk2 Rear Mudhugger to your bike if you should so choose.
If your seat stay brace is located very close to the tyre, you may not be able to utilise the BB extender.
THE 'ORIGINAL' SMALL REAR

Ideal for most 26" hardtail and full suspension frames, along with some 27.5" hardtail frames.
The Small Rear Mudhugger mtb mudguard is all but mandatory for those sloppy rides. Keep the mud off your back, stay dry and spend more time on the bike!
For 26er wheeled bikes with seat stay angles above 35 degrees (this is mostly hardtails, but some Full Suss) the Small Rear Mudhugger mtb mudguard is the probably the best choice.
For 29er hardtails we'd recommend the MK2 Medium Rear mtb mudguard just to make sure you get full mud cover.
The rear fender braces are designed to be custom-cut around cable stops/guides and other unique seatstay/swingarm shapes and features. Some frames have assymetrical stays, like found on EVIL bikes, and may not fit or will require extensive customization to fit.
Kit includes fender, zipties, protective/non-slip tape and instructions.
Rear Fender Coverage

GRAVEL FRONT
Following the tried and tested tyre hugging design of our mtb mudguards the GravelHugger mudguard is designed to fit most fork + wheel + tyre combo's for your Gravel Bikes. To reduce single use plastic waste, and make fitting and removing easier, the GravelHugger mudguard is supplied with nitrile O-rings (70mm sizes for flat blade type and 50mm for traditional round steel forks).
Suitable for 700c (Max tyre width 42mm) and 650b wheels (Max tyre width 50mm) depending on wheel/tyre/fork combination.
Zipties (sold separately) can be utilised if you'd prefer to fit and leave on at all times.
2 x 70mm and 4 x 50mm O-rings.
2 x 100x20mm helitape
Helitape supplied to protect inside of forks where the GravelHugger could scratch the paint.
GRAVEL REAR
Following the tried and tested rear Mudhugger mudguard design, will fit most bike frame seat stays (with angles approx 40-55 degrees) and designed for tyres up to 50mm wide.
The Rear GravelHugger mudguard is designed to be attached to the bike (disc brakes only) with zipties as these afford the most secure way to fitting. See fitting vid below, fitting the new GH is the same as our tried and tested MTB Rear Mudhugger
