The RockShox Race Day lockout repair piston was developed by Andreani technicians to solve a reliability issue with the 32mm and 35mm RockShox SID Race Day cartridge, which has a component inside that tends to deteriorate after a few hours of use, causing it to stop locking. The modification involves replacing the lockout valve piston with an identical one but with a different seal, which is replaceable, allowing for simple maintenance rather than complete piston replacement. This kit can be installed by our workshop and requires the use of a specially developed tool.
