Royal Mail Issues

So, 2 weeks ago, we announced this:

Royal Mail workers are taking part in more strikes, which has lead to us not being able to guarantee delivery for Christmas. 

We can only guarantee delivery via DPD, which is obviously more expensive. To help you guys out, we're now offering free DPD delivery on orders over £30, for December! 

So that's guaranteed next working day delivery on all orders over £30! 

However, so many companies have shifted orders from Royal Mail to DPD that we're no experiencing difficulties with DPD too! In some cases, we're being told we can't book a delivery in a certain area.

Our solution is to use UPS, where we can't send via DPD, but we can't guarantee next working day delivery and we will be recommending that orders placed after 2pm on the 19/12/22 may not get to you in time for Christmas. In the postcodes listed here the 19th of December is the last day for shipping according to DPD. To be 100% sure, please get in touch before ordering.
