When you choose any J-TECH service, you will get the highest level service for a sensible price.
We only use top quality oils and seals, transforming your tired suspension into suspension that works as good as, if not better than, new!
Every service is carried out by a highly experienced technician to the highest of standards. Each job is undertaken with care and precision to give you the best possible service.
During the service, your fork can be tailored for you with recommended settings or custom tuning. Your suspension will be set up for you and you'll be provided with a settings sheet for your reference. Or, you can choose to have it back with exactly the setup you had before.

HOW MUCH IS A SERVICE?

- If you're not sure or can't see your fork/shock/seatpost listed, please contact us for a price.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
- Look on our booking form here, these are our available booking slots.
- Your item(s) are worked on on the day booked.
- We aim to dispatch your item(s) the same day.
WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
- Book in using the on-line booking system here.
- If you're delivering in person, make sure you're here on or before the morning of your booking.
- Follow the instructions on your booking confirmation email to get your suspension to us.
WHAT THEN?
- The item(s) are worked on on the day booked
- If there are any problems, extra work needed or suggested upgrades, we'll call you to discuss.
- When the work's complete, we'll send you an e-invoice for payment, along with your service notes/settings.
- Once payment has been received, the item(s) is shipped out/ready to collect. As long as payment has been received by 3pm that day, your item(s) will be dispatched on a 24hr courier service (Monday-Friday).
- You'll get your item(s) back ready to ride, set up with the settings listed on the 'Service Details And Settings' sheet attached to the e-invoice (also available in your profile on the booking system) we emailed you on completion of the work.
